Spring 2007
Our
spring issue focuses on a potpourri of inside and outside remodeling ideas.
These include landscaping, installing a backyard trellis, no fear, no-cost
decorating, and remodeling by tearing a house down to the foundation and
starting there. This issue also features combining small spaces to create
larger, more functional layouts.

Their decision proved fortunate when they discovered rot and water damage in the old walls. They made decisions as the renovation progressed – a process they called "decisions as built”.
