Feature Article: Everything Old Is New
Again
This 1976 two-level, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, Spokane Valley house
needed ‘a lot of work’. The remodeling team replaced the bathrooms,
fireplace, and cabinets using a rustic cabin style that gives “old” a fresh
yet classic look. They combined the dining room and kitchen into one room
that now provides a beautiful view of the valley below. The most unusual
addition is a wine ‘cave’ holding 500 bottles of wine.
